Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the order is processed. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the automatic processing has begun.
Replacement (if applicable)
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a replacement within 3 days of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must have a proven defect. If this can be proven, customer will receive a replacement product. Please do not send your purchase back. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes replacements); no additional fee will be charged to the customer.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a customer does not wish to receive a replacement, they may apply for a refund in the form of store credit. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account which may be used to purchase any item from the store. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
